Project Administrator for Critical Infrastructure Projects

About the Client
The client is a Swedish energy technology company that provides comprehensive solutions for the design, planning, and documentation of electrical grids – from local and regional levels to high-voltage transmission. They are a growing player with specialist expertise in project management, GIS, land access, substations, and switchgear. The company operates in about 20 cities and is an important part of Sweden's energy transition.
About the Role
As a project administrator, you will be a central part of the project team and work closely with project managers on complex projects. You will be responsible for creating structure and quality in the project's administrative processes.
You will:
- Coordinate, plan, and follow up on activities within the project
- Administer internal and external meetings and write minutes
- Manage documentation and ensure order throughout the project's lifecycle
- Create and maintain routines for reporting and follow-up
The work requires independence, attention to detail, and good communication skills. You will be an important link for the project to run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who...
- Has a high school diploma
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a project or program administrator in a supportive role
- Has experience with large construction or infrastructure projects
- Is accustomed to working according to routines and processes
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes:
Meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and flexible. You have an easy time building trust and enjoy collaborating in various project groups.
Meritorious:
- Experience in public operations
- Knowledge of case and document management systems
- Experience in the energy sector or similar projects
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Experience with project tools like Antura or similar

Conditions
Location: Sundbyberg
Scope: Full-time
Selection is ongoing – the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Placement: Sundbyberg with the possibility of some remote work.
Start: As soon as possible, no later than February 2026
Duration of assignment: Until 2029, with the possibility of extension
Note: The role is security classified, which means that a security review with a background check will be conducted before employment.
